Fall 2008 registration
information *Important Notice* Registration deadline is 30 June. Registrations received after this date will be accepted on a space available basis only and will require a $10 late fee. Fees: $40 per child $30 for 2nd child from same family $20 for 3rd and more child from the same family Make checks payable to "Lamprey River Youth Soccer" Forms and payment may be mailed to: Lamprey River Youth Soccer P.O. box 587 Epping, NH 03042 Or dropped off at the Epping Recreation department Registration forms will only be accepted with full payment.
